High School: 


  • Ran Varsity Track all four years at Durham Academy in Durham, NC

  • Personal Bests

    • Mile = 4:28

    • 800 = 1:58 

    • 400 = 52

  • 2xNew Balance Nationals qualifier in the 4x800

  • 1xAll-State in the 1600 

  • 2xAll-State in the 4x800

  • 4-year Academic Honor Roll maintaining a 3.73 GPA


College: 


  • Ran Track and Cross Country all four years at the Division 1 level representing Furman University. 

  • Earned a Full Track Scholarship after my sophomore year — started my career as a designated walk-on.

  • 3xSoCon Champion in the DMR

  • 3xAll-SoCon Performer in the 800 indoors 

  • 1xAll-SoCon Performer in the 800 Outdoors (out of 1 available season due to Covid and Injury)

  • Dean’s List all 4 years

  • Graduated Magna Cum Laude with a GPA of 3.73 again. 

  • Personal Bests 

    • Indoor mile = 4:06

    • 1500 = 3:51

    • 800 = 1:52

    • 5k Cross Country = 15:14

    • 8k Cross Country = 25:15


Post-College (Running on my own while working full-time, no sponsorships) 


  • Placed 54th out of over 30,000 people at the 2025 Marine Corps Marathon in a time of 2:40:35

  • Placed 69th out of over 30,000 people at the 2025 Cooper River Bridge Run in a time of 35:44 


Coaching: 


  • I was the assistant distance coach at Durham Academy during the spring of 2024

  • In collaboration with the head coach here are some success stories from that season

    • Two 8th graders broke 4:45 in the mile running (4:44 and 4:41 respectively).

    • One freshman ran 4:44 without having broken 5 minutes in the mile the season before.

    • 5 new runners broke 5 minutes in the mile for the first time. 

    • 8 new runners broke 2:10 in the 800 for the first time.



Other: 


  • Started a run club in the fall of 2024 at The Charleston Catholic School
