Individual Coaching Sessions
$30 per hour — First Session Free
Level up your game with individualized coaching sessions that cater to your needs. This is perfect for someone looking to grow as a player without getting lost in the crowd. Whether you are new to a sport, want to strengthen foundational skills, are going to try out for the varsity team, or just looking for more intensity in your training regiment, these sessions will be get you to your new level.
Stride Success Coaching
Prices Vary
Get access to individualized training that will help you reach your new level in running. This is perfect for someone gearing up for their next road race, or preparing to have the best track and cross country season to date. Given that the training is individualized, training plans will vary in price depending on duration, race type, and goals.
Group Training Sessions
$25 per person — First Session Free
Share the love of the game with friends, family and teammates! Group sessions allow for new variations of drills and exercises, as well as increased development in teamwork. Athletes in group sessions will benefit from catered coaching in an environment of competition and collaboration designed to help them grow individually and as team players.
